烹飪小教室:

1.煮一鍋水將中卷稍微川燙並撈出備用
2.鍋中倒入食用油,油熱後加入薑片,以小火將薑片爆至金黃
3.將蒜頭和糖加入翻炒均勻, 倒入醬油、麻油、香油和米酒(約調理包一半)炒香,再加入少許的水以大火煮滾
4.加入中卷拌炒至表面上色(可將湯汁煮至少一些再下)。
5.轉中火至湯汁微微收乾變的較為濃稠。
6.加入九層塔翻炒, 再倒入剩下的米酒包即可起鍋。
(海鮮類步驟5建議別煮太久以免口感變差)
