烹飪小教室:

1.九層塔清水洗淨備用。
2.鍋中倒入食用油,油熱後加入薑片,將薑片爆至金黃。
3.加入蒜頭續煸至金黃,將蒜頭挾起備用。
4.加入米血及杏鮑菇、紅蘿蔔片、素雞肉等主食...煎至上色
5.加入辣椒片、蔥段、蒜頭一起拌炒
6.加入醬油、麻油、糖、鹽、米酒(約調理包一半)炒出香氣再加入適量水煮滾。(可依造個人口味調整)
7.蓋上鍋蓋, 轉中火悶至湯汁微微收乾變的較為濃稠(約5~8分鐘)
8.加入九層塔及香油翻炒,再倒入剩下米酒包即可起鍋。
