2.倒入壽喜燒醬及淹適量的水(稍微沒過洋蔥即可),煮滾。
※不喜歡太甜者可以加入少許薑絲可以解膩喔!
3.加入高麗菜,煮至喜歡的軟硬度。
4.牛肉片涮至呈現粉色即可,豬肉需煮至全熟
※可將蛋打散後先將肉沾點蛋液再下去涮更可口喔!
5.裝盤,撒上白芝麻即可。
