1.榨菜放入清水中稍微清洗,以減低鹹度(可依個人口味調整)
2.鍋中倒入食用油,油熱後加入蒜末及辣椒炒香
3.加入豬肉絲炒至變色
4.加入適量水煮滾並加入麵條
5.麵條煮軟後撈出放置碗中,並將方才撈出備用之榨菜、木耳等倒入碗中
6.加入香油、蔥花及適量鹽巴調味後即可上桌
