烹飪小教室:

1.鍋中倒入食用油,油量可以稍微多一點,沿著鍋緣繞一圈倒入。
2.放入薑絲、蒜頭、蝦米爆香,再加入紅蘿蔔炒至微微變色
3.加入高麗菜後先快速翻炒使全部葉菜皆有沾到油後加入約30c.c的水
4.蓋上鍋蓋稍微悶煮約1分鐘
5.當高麗菜開始出現光澤、變得略帶透明感時,撒上鹽巴,再用鍋鏟略為翻炒即可起鍋。
 
※餐點需加熱烹調後才能食用,切勿生食。
