烹飪小教室:

1.將肉片攤平並放入金針菇(蔥)後將肉片捲起
2.末端使用太白粉塗抹將其肉片相黏避免肉片散掉
3.先倒一半的油熱鍋,並放入洋蔥、彩椒,炒至個人能接受的口感後盛起(喜歡軟就炒久一點)備用
4.將剩下的油倒入鍋中且待油溫足夠後將肉捲放入並煎至表面金黃
5.把番茄醬、白醋、糖倒入鍋裡並加入少許的水煮滾收汁
6.收汁約一半時將洋蔥及椒類倒回鍋中並使其收至個人喜好程度即可起鍋(收汁建議火別太大)
