烹飪小教室:

1.鍋中倒入食用油,油熱後放入薑絲、蒜頭、小蝦米、紅蘿蔔絲炒約30秒炒出香氣
2.放入絲瓜拌炒�1~2分鐘。
3.加入水(淹過絲瓜)、枸杞、辣椒煮滾。
4.另起一鍋熱水,煮開後下麵線,約30秒撈出
5.將麵線撈起倒入絲瓜湯中,再煮30秒後出鍋
6.最後撒上麻油、蒜酥即可。
 
※餐點需加熱烹調後才能食用,切勿生食。
