烹飪小教室:

1.乾香菇清水沖洗,放入水中泡發10~20分鐘 (香菇水留下備用)
2.鍋中倒入食用油,放入洋蔥、大蒜、香菇炒香。
3.加胡蘿蔔絲、辣椒、豬肉絲翻炒至肉表面變色。
4.倒入鹽巴、醬油及適量的香菇水 (約食材一半的量)
5.加入高麗菜絲翻炒至微微軟化
6.加入油麵翻炒均勻並收將汁水稍微收乾,讓麵能吃進味道
7.最後淋上烏醋及香油即可起鍋
