烹飪小教室:

1.鴨肉汆燙,去血水、去雜質備用,冬菜及酸菜需洗過。
2.鍋內倒入水,放入薑片、米血、酸菜、冬菜並開火煮至水滾。
3.水滾後轉小火約五分鐘,再將汆燙過的鴨肉倒入鍋中繼續燉煮。
4.烹煮時間約20分鐘 ~ 40分鐘至鴨肉口感軟嫩、酸菜入味
5.最後加入麻油提香,鹽巴可以個人口味酌量添加即可上桌。
 
※餐點需加熱烹調後才能食用,切勿生食。
