1.醃瓜用水沖洗乾淨 (口味較清淡,可以讓醃瓜泡水5分鐘)
2.鍋中倒入食用油,油熱後放入薑絲炒香。
3.放入五花肉,翻炒五花肉周邊呈現金黃
4.放入醃瓜一起翻炒表面油量,加入水(約沒過五花肉的一半)
5.翻炒讓醃瓜的鹹味進到五花肉裡,讓水份收乾
6.加入一點醬油調色(可依個人口味調整
7.加入蒜頭、辣椒、繼續翻炒
8.鍋邊淋上烏醋翻炒,撒上香油及胡椒粒即可起鍋。
