1.鍋中倒入食用油,油熱後倒入雞肉,將雞肉煎至表面微微上色
2.放入薑片一起炒香
3.放入醃瓜、蒜仁、枸杞,加入3~4人份的水
4.倒入米酒及一點醬油調色
5.開大火煮滾撈出浮沫雜質,轉小火蓋上鍋蓋悶煮
6.悶煮15-20分鐘,再依自己喜好加入適當的鹽巴 (覺得夠鹹可以不加)
7.最後撒上香油即可。
 
※餐點需加熱烹調後才能食用,切勿生食。
