Description

份量:約3 - 4人份


烹飪小教室:

※先準備一鍋冷水將酸菜泡水備用(稀釋鹽分)
※將韭菜頭(白色那段)及韭菜稍微挑出備用
1.煮一鍋熱水,水滾後將一半的熱水倒在容器中,並加入5g鹽巴浸泡豬血備用

2.另一半的水繼續加熱,並將豬肉片倒入川燙約3分鐘後撈出備用

3.另起一鍋,倒入食用油,油熱後加入蒜末及
韭菜頭爆香。
4.接著倒入酸菜、胡椒粉、米酒及川燙過的豬肉,均勻拌炒約1-2分鐘

5.倒入約1200-1500cc的水並開大火煮滾,水滾後加入豬血並轉小火滾約5分鐘

6.起鍋前依個人口味加入鹽巴、糖、油蔥酥、韭菜調味後即可上桌。
