先將九層塔洗淨擦乾,如喜歡葉片較小者可以將其稍微切碎。

1.將蛋加入碗中打勻,並加入鹽巴攪拌均勻備用。 

2.起鍋,倒入食用油,讓煎鍋均勻沾油,加入九層塔乾煎至爆出香氣。

3.加入蛋汁,煎至表面蛋液幾乎凝固定型。  

4.翻面再煎一下即可起鍋。
