Description

份量:約3 - 4人份

烹飪小教室:

烹飪前準備:乾魷魚用清水稍微沖洗,泡水放置一旁備用(魷魚水保留備用)

1.起鍋,倒入一半食用油,加入五花肉煸出油脂,煎至兩面金黃後撈出備用。

2.原鍋加入豆乾煎至兩面金黃後撈出備用。

3.原鍋加入另外半包食用油,加入薑片翻炒至周圍焦黃

4.加入蒜末、辣椒、翻炒出香氣再將五花肉、豆乾下鍋拌炒。

5.加入鹽巴、醬油、魷魚水(淹過豆乾的一半即可),翻炒並將汁水收乾。

6.加入泡發魷魚芹菜翻炒,沿著鍋邊將烏醋倒入,並繼續翻炒均勻。

7.關火倒入香油、黑胡椒粒拌勻即可起鍋。
