Description

份量:約3 - 4人份


烹飪小教室:

烹飪前準備:取一碗加入雞肉、一包醬油、太白粉,抓醃約3-5分鐘。

1.起鍋,加入一包食用油,放入雞肉(一塊一塊夾入),兩面各煎至表面稍微煎上色,就可以先撈起備用。

2.原鍋加入另一包食用油、花椒、乾辣椒爆香,一定要看到乾辣椒表面有膨脹起來才可以進行下個步驟

3.加入雞胸肉翻炒後,加入米酒、醬油、冰糖及少許水(約30cc)拌炒均勻。

4.倒入蒜末、蔥花拌炒並轉中火翻炒收汁

5.關火,將成品移至鍋子中間,並沿鍋邊倒入烏醋。

6.加入花生粒並拌炒均勻就準備上桌囉!!!
