1.先將鱸魚以清水沖洗,並用紙巾稍微擦乾,雙面抹上鹽巴,加入米酒放入盤中。

2.將醬油、破布子(含汁)淋在鱸魚上,並在盤中放入蔥絲、薑絲、蒜片、

辣椒。

3.電鍋外鍋放一杯水(180C.C),蒸約15分鐘或電鍋跳起即可。
