1.起鍋,倒入半包食用油,油熱後加入肉絲,以大火炒至肉色變白後盛出,備用。

2.原鍋轉中火,倒入另外半包食用油,加入洋蔥絲炒至微微變軟。

3.加入蒜末、紅蘿蔔絲、木耳絲拌炒。

4.加入肉絲、醬油、鹽巴繼續翻炒均勻。

5.最後加入黑胡椒粒、烏醋、香油、蔥花拌勻,即可起鍋。
