Description

烹飪小教室:

1.起鍋,倒入食用油,油熱後轉小火,加入薑片爆香至金黃色。

2.加入雞腿塊轉中大火將雞腿塊翻炒至變色。

3. 加入蒜頭、辣椒和糖翻炒均勻,再倒入醬油、烏醋、麻油、米酒以及適量的水以大火煮滾。

4.加入蔥段並蓋上鍋蓋轉中火悶至湯汁微微收乾,變的較為濃稠( 5 ~ 8 分鐘)

5.加入九層塔及香油稍微翻炒數秒。

6.起鍋前依個人口味酌量再加鹽巴後即可起鍋。
