Description

份量:約3- 4人份

烹飪小教室:
※烹飪前準備:取一碗先將醬油、豆瓣醬、烏醋、米酒攪拌均勻備用

1.起鍋,倒入食用油,油熱後加入牛肉塊並將表面煎至金黃。

2.加入蕃茄、洋蔥、薑片翻炒約1分鐘。

3.加入白蘿蔔、紅蘿蔔、醬汁翻炒至均勻上色

4.將翻炒後的食材倒至湯鍋,並加入約1200ml的水煮滾。

5.水滾後轉小火燜煮約20分鐘!(喜歡吃軟一點的鮮粉可視個人喜好調整燜煮時間)

6.起鍋前依個人口味加入鹽巴,即可美味上桌!
