Description

份量:約3 - 4人份

烹飪小教室:

1.將肉片攤平並放入金針菇()後將肉片捲起。

2.肉片最末端使用太白粉塗抹將其肉片相黏避免肉片散掉。

3.起鍋,倒入半包食用油,加入洋蔥、彩椒,炒至個人能接受的口感後盛起備用(喜歡軟就炒久一點)。

4.將另外半包食用油倒入鍋中,待油溫足夠後將肉捲放入並煎至表面金黃

5.把番茄醬、白醋、糖倒入鍋裡並加入少許的水,煮滾。

6.煮滾後轉小火,繼續收汁,收汁約一半時將洋蔥及椒類倒回鍋中,使其收汁至個人喜好程度即可起鍋。
