Description

份量:約3 - 4人份

烹飪小教室(瓦斯爐作法)

※先將太白粉加入約50c.c的水攪拌均勻後備用~

1.準備一個湯鍋,先加入蒜末及吻仔魚乾炒約1分鐘香氣出來後再加入約1200-1500c.c的水煮滾~

2.水滾後加入翡翠、紅蘿蔔後轉中小火悶煮約5-10分鐘

3.打開鍋蓋並以湯勺將湯沿順時鐘方向慢慢攪動並緩慢倒入太白粉水勾芡
※勾芡動作越慢越好避免太快造成結塊!稠度可視個人喜好程度決定!

4.起鍋前加入香油、油蔥及依個人口味加入5G 鹽巴即可上菜。

Ps.依個人口味斟酌1.5G鹽巴是否加入。
