Description

份量:約3 - 4人份

 

烹飪小教室:

※請先取一個碗將醬油、砂糖、米酒、烏醋、胡椒粉、香油、水(約100cc)攪拌後備用。

※可先稍微將蔥白、蔥段分開

※先將雞蛋豆腐切成合適大小

1.熱鍋,倒入食用油,加入豆腐煎至兩面焦黃,起鍋備用。

2.原鍋放入蔥白、薑絲、蒜末、辣椒炒香。

3.將調好的醬汁攪拌後倒入鍋中,再放入豆腐以小火烹煮(可用小湯匙將醬汁淋至豆腐上方)。

4.醬汁滾後加入蔥段,蓋鍋燜煮約2分鐘即可起鍋。
