烹飪小教室:

※烹飪前準備:先將魚肉切成條狀後並撒上胡椒粉備用!

※烹飪前準備:取一小碗將醬油、油膏、烏醋、砂糖倒入並加入約100cc的水拌勻後備用。

1.起鍋轉小火並加入食用油,油熱後將魚塊「皮朝下」先煎至金黃後再翻面煎至兩面金黃後撈起備用!

2.原鍋轉大火並加入蔥白、薑絲、蒜片爆香!

3.將魚塊倒入並加入預先調好的醬汁均勻攪拌後沿鍋邊嗆入米酒!

4.湯汁收至快乾前將剩餘蔥綠及辣椒加入並翻炒至蔥綠殺青即可起鍋~
