Description

份量:約3 - 4人份

烹飪小教室:

※取一碗將牛肉、醬油、烏醋、太白粉、雞蛋加入,拌勻放置一旁備用。

※可先稍微將蔥白與蔥綠分開。

1.起鍋,倒入食用油,油熱後加入薑絲、黑胡椒粒、蔥白、蒜片爆香。

2.加入醃牛肉、米酒、蠔油快速拌炒均勻。

3.加入辣椒、蔥綠段繼續翻炒至牛肉到喜歡的熟度即可起鍋。

Ps.喜歡吃辣的鮮粉,可以在步驟1就加入辣椒,將辣椒為炒出。
