Description

份量:約3 - 4人份

烹飪小教室:

1.煮一鍋水(水量蓋過鴨肉即可),水滾後將鴨肉加入汆燙約3分鐘即撈出,用清水沖洗、瀝乾備用。

2.再煮一鍋水水量約1200c.c,將薑片、米血、酸菜、冬菜加入並開大火煮滾。

3.水滾後(2-3分鐘),轉小火再將汆燙過的鴨肉、米酒加入鍋中繼續燉煮。

4.悶煮約20分鐘 ~ 25分鐘至鴨肉口感軟嫩、酸菜入味。

5.最後加入麻油提香,鹽巴可依個人口味酌量添加即可上桌。
