份量:約3- 4人份


烹飪小教室:

※烹飪前準備:煮一鍋水,水滾後加入雞肉川燙3-5分鐘,撈出洗淨備用。

1.起鍋,倒入食用油,油熱後加入雞肉,將雞肉煎至表面微微上色。

2.加入醃瓜、薑片、蒜片、醬油翻炒至香氣散出

3.加入米酒、水(約1500cc)

4.水滾後加入枸杞,轉中小火蓋上鍋蓋悶煮15分鐘。

5.加入香油、鹽巴 (覺得鹹度夠者可以不加鹽巴),即可起鍋。
