Description

份量:約3 - 4人份

 

烹飪小教室:

1.先將金針花、乾香菇以清水洗淨,並取ㄧ個碗泡軟備用。

2.起鍋煮適量水,水滾後加入排骨川燙去血水雜質,川燙3-5分鐘後撈出再以清水清洗乾淨備用。

3.另起一鍋水約1200-1500cc,水滾後放入排骨、金針花、乾香菇、薑絲,轉小火烹煮15-20分鐘(依個人對排骨接受的軟嫩度而定)。

4.(起鍋前加入蛤蠣,待蛤蠣開後)加入烏醋、米酒、鹽巴調味即可起鍋。  

Ps.另一包鹽巴依個人口味決定是否加入。
